To verify your server type:

1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to Communications, and then click Dial-Up Networking. Note: If you do not have "Communications" go straight to Dial-Up Networking.

2. With your Right mouse button click the connection to TCWORKS.NET icon, and then click Properties.

3. Click the Server Types tab, and then verify that the correct server type is selected in the Type of Dial-Up Server box. For our service the correct server type is "PPP".
