Q:  Who & when can I call for Technical Support?

A: We currently provide free on-going technical support for all our members just call our local office at 740-397-4800 or 888-895-8648.

If you are calling after 5 pm, please leave a detailed message including your name and phone number at extension 12 and a technician will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q:  What happens if I have call waiting?

A: If you have call-waiting on the phone line that the computer uses, you will probably need to disable the call-waiting feature while you are online, to prevent yourself from getting disconnected by an incoming call.  You can click here to see instructions or you can call our office at 740-397-4800 or 888-895-8648 if you need help with this.
