Step 1: Go to the Start Menu and select
Connect To, then Show all Connections.
Step 2: Double Click on your connection.
Step 3: The Dialing Properties window will
appear. Select Dialing Rules.
Step 4:Select Edit.
Step 5: Select the check box "To disable Call
Waiting, dial" and enter *70, from the pull down box to the
right. Click Apply then click OK to finish.
Step 6: Click on Dial and it will prompt you to
save the settings. Click "Yes" to save these settings.
Your modem is now configured to disable Call Waiting when you connect to
the Internet |
